To be a good teacher you don't need to know everything.
You just need to care.

There are those who pass over the young ones
with questions uncertain, in timid voices,
to instead hear the ruminations of pre-planned questions
clear, thought-provoking, formatted.

There are those who pass over,
and those who insist on answering the timid questions.

We need more teachers.
